SCHIM SCHIMMEL
Schim Schimmel is an internationally renowned artist/author whose artwork and books have been lovingly embraced world-wide for their beauty and environmental message. In 1991, after being signed on by Major Fine Art Publisher, Schimmel traveled to Japan to attend his first art exhibition in that country. From 1991 to the present Schimmel has made over sixty trips to Japan, attending hundreds of art exhibitions of his work in well over fifty cities. He is one of the most well-recognized artists in Japan. In addition, Schimmel has authored seven books: four children’s books written and illustrated by Schimmel, and three art books of his collected works.
