From NASA Apollo-Soyuz Russian Language instructor-interpreter Anatole Forostenko’s personal collection.
An 11″x8.5″ presentation sheet with an image of a spacewalking shuttle astronaut and ten unused United Nations Postal Administration stamps depicting five different images of space exploration, honoring Space for Humanity during World Space Week 2007, marking the 50th Anniversary of the Space Age.
Dr. Forostenko led a Russian language team at NASA’s Astronaut Office to prepare astronauts to communicate with cosmonauts during Apollo-Soyuz, working closely with both crews as instructor-interpreter.
NOTE: Some very slight handling dents in the image area.
