Kathy Sullivan – Onboard STS-45 8×10


NASA mission specialist Kathy Sullivan works in the Atmospheric Laboratory for Applications and Science (Atlas-1) module onboard space shuttle Atlantis during STS-45 on March 24, 1992. Atlas-1 flew in a series of Spacelab flights that measured long term variability in the total energy radiated by the Sun and determined the variability in the solar spectrum.
