Dave Scott – Rover 8×10


Apollo 15 mission commander Dave Scott kicks up some dust as he leaves the rover, carrying his Hasselblad camera equipped with a 500mm telephoto lens. Hadley Rille winds its way just over his right shoulder. Apollo 15 was the first extended lunar mission, carrying rechargeable backpacks and the first lunar rover. Moonwalkers Scott and James Irwin climbed the highest elevation reached during the Apollo program.
