America’s second spacewalk, performed by Gemini 9 pilot Gene Cernan, was much more ambitious than the first one by Ed White, but was cut short due to unexpected exhaustion and a badly fogged visor. Cernan signed this photo showing him during his EVA, and inscribed it in silver with “My Spacewalk from Hell…”.
