From astronaut Jim McDivitt’s personal collection.

These two 0.25″ blue-lensed silver charms of the Virgin Mary were flown aboard Apollo 9 in Earth orbit, with Jim McDivitt in command. The obverse shows the standing Virgin Mary, while the reverse features an M (for “Mary”), surmounted by a cross, with two hearts (for Mary and Jesus) below.

COA signed by McDivitt included.

NOTE: Some sections of the blue lenses are missing from both charms.
