Apollo 13 commander James Lovell will be making a rare public appearance to sign his book and meet our customers.
Jim Lovell is coming to his favorite space gallery in April. This is not part of a book tour, he is coming out just to sign books for our customers. Jim will be signing Novaspace-purchased copies of his book Apollo 13, which is a 30th anniversary hardcover edition of his book LOST MOON, on which the Academy-Award winning motion picture was based. There is a new preface, and some rare new pictures.
This is another Novaspace Apollo exclusive, and will be similar in scope to our Alan Bean and Gene Cernan appearances. Many of our artists will be present.
Let us know if you want to come, we may have to close the event if the crowd is too big.
If you are flying in from out of state, you can fly cheaply via Southwest Airlines or America West to Phoenix or Tucson. We're an hour and 1/2 from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. There are shuttles running between cities. Inn Suites will be the host hotel (520-297-8111). World-class resorts & spas abound in Tucson.
